Agenda 1:
The meeting started of by a brief introduction from all attendees and attendance and details had been recorded.

Agenda 2:
The meeting decided to form a registered society of putra heights 8/1 community through ROS (Register of Society) as soon as possible.

1️⃣ Meeting has decided that this committee is only temporary to fit the requirements of paperworks and forms in order to accelerate the registration of society's process. An official nomination procedure will be executed if needed in future.

2️⃣ In order to propose any activity or setting up any form of security enforcement, a registered society needs to have at least 50% votes from its members. Therefore it is a crucial and urgent need to gather all residents's information and register them as members.

3️⃣ To meet this objective, Mr. Adi had made 2 online google forms. One is for the purpose of gathering information of the residents and another is a survey on response of the residents of the appropriate security implementation that could be enforced in putraheights 8/1 area.

4️⃣ Per date of the meeting, statistics shown that only 11 of residential households had responded to this forms. The meeting had decided to speed this up by printing hardcopies of the forms and get it distributed to all residents by each row's representative. The decided representatives are as follows:

Jalan Putra Bahagia 8/1E : Mr. Khabir & Mr. Prakesh
Jalan Putra Bahagia 8/1F : Mr. Habi

Jalan Putra Bahagia 8/1H : Mr Hannan

The forms would be printed by Mr. Habi and may be collected for distribution earliest Tuesday 26th January 2016.

Collected forms will be gathered and submitted to En Adi of 25 Jalan Putra Bahagia 8/1D for further actions and the results will be presented on the next meeting.

Agenda 3:
Proposed Security Enforcements - the meeting had proposed for a Gated and Guarded (GnG) security setup for the PHeights 8/1 residential area.

This is due to several reasons, mainly due to the alarming and worrying increase of crime and theft cases in the area. This is also forecasted to be beneficial to all as it will increase the property value in the area.

Several quotations had been gathered by the attendees, from various security companies, gathering some details as follows:

Guards would be Nepalese or local
  Daily salary in the range of RM6 - RM8 per hour per guard.
Proposed to have 3-4 guards securing access and doing rounds in the area.
⛔️ Proposed to have only 1 access of entering and exiting the area, most preferably at the T- junction of entrance of 8/1D without blocking the access to the row of shop lots. All other access roads are proposed to be closed.

Agenda 3 will be further discussed in the next meeting. All members are encouraged to find more quotations to later be compared and analyzed together.

The cost of this implementation will be shared by all members that second this motion and also sponsoring individuals or organizations if granted.

There are 141 houses in total within the 8/1 area. However this includes vacant and rental houses.

The next meeting is scheduled to be held on the 13th February 2016, in hope that more if not all of the residents joining it. Time and venue is yet to be decided in the Whatsapp group.

With that the meeting adjourned at 6:15pm until the 13th February 2016.
